Services

Dr. Jacob provides psychiatric services on an outpatient basis in a convenient and comfortable location. He is available by appointment for services including Psychiatric Evaluations, Psychotherapy and Medication Management.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday including late afternoon and some early evening appointments.

Our office is fee for service and we do not participate with any insurance plans. We accept cash, check and credit cards as forms of payment and will provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company.
